A maverick celebrity hatmaker and creator of animated cartoon characters, Ivy (Supersonic) Silberstein, chartered a private plane to tow a 100 foot banner of herself naked and tattooed with justice across her chest. The plane circled over the 20th Century Fox headquarters on Pico in Los Angeles for 8 hours today. According to the pilot, no one has ever done anything like this in his 21 years of flying.

Ivy claims that Fox's Ice Age movie star, half-squirrel, half-rat creature called Scrat was her invention. When the first "Ice Age" animation film opened in 2002, she sued Fox with copyright infringement and unfair competition. Her case was dismissed by the court in 2003.

Fox's Ice Age 2 trailers are in movie theatres now. The ferocity of Ivy's campaign is making people wonder if Fox will be able to go ahead with the release of the film as planned in March 2006.

Ivy started this campaign on Thanksgiving 2005. She intends to continue it until Fox pays her royalties on their $500 million worldwide gross from box office and licensing deals since the movie's release in 2002. Supersonic is making them pay for what they have done not only to her, but for all creators that have been damaged by Fox as well.

To counter Ivy's lawsuit for $10 mil Fox has in turn sued Ivy for $1.5 million. Unfazed Ivy says, "Fox wants the shirt off my back so badly I've decided to give it to them. This woman warrior doesn't scare so easily."

Rupert Murdoch's law firm, Warner Norcross & Judd have taken over Supersonic as a client. The law firm, one of the best in the country, won $40 mil in damages for the creators of the Taco Bell stolen Chihuahua.

Fox fought for Supersonic's other cartoon characters; The Crat and The Sqroon, but unfortunately the US Patent and Trademark Office decided it was property that belonged to Ivy Supersonic.
