Seated on the front row were Pixie Geldof, TV presenter Alexa Chung and Kelly Osborne among others.
Topshop Unique is an up market line that was launched two years ago by UK's Topshop chain of clothing stores situated throughout the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and over 30 other countries.
The store offers a number of celebrity designer collections including those from supermodel Kate Moss and artist Stella Vine.
Last year Topshop struck a deal with U.S. department store Barneys New York to sell through its 19 stores.
