Photo Credit: Sawf NewsJuly 2, 2008 (Sawf News) - Chunky Pandey, back from the US after filming his cameo appearance in Sajid Nadiadwala's Kambakth Ishq, talks about his comeback to Bollywood and his upcoming reality TV show with co-host Mallika Sherawat.
”So what is his role in Kambakth Ishq”, we had to ask.
"Wait and watch," he had to answer.
So we let him talk about his upcoming movies.
"I may sound clichéd but yes I am making a conscious effort to play different roles," he says.
"I am excited by my role in Mukta Arts Hello Darling being directed by Manoj Tiwari. I am playing Elvis Presley in the film. I have always been a huge fan of Elvis and this is the first time that Elvis Presley is being presented on an Indian screen. I look so much like Elvis that if Elvis were born in India he would have looked like me. It is Elvis is reborn in India," he says.
"I am enjoying my comeback into Bollywood. My roles in Apna Sapna Money Money have been appreciated. I am trying to do something apart from the conventional hero kind of roles. I feel excited when I get to play mean, bad and funny roles" says Chunky.

"It's a different show. It's a tough fight between boys and girls. I'll get to be my bitchy self since I haven't had a chance to have fun for a long time. I am not a great dancer but I'll make a great audience. I laugh and cry when I see movies. I am full of emotions. I am sure my judgment will be more like the audience" informs Chunky.
”Any preparations for the show,” we ask Chunky.
"I've been watching a lot of reality shows. I will have to be neutral but at the same time, I will have to back the boys. When it comes to judging I will be the most corrupt judge" he laughs and says.
He goes on to add "today being on a reality show is a huge thing. There are so many stars vying to be there. I am lucky they chose me. It's going to be the icing on the cake," he says and wraps up.
