In the instructional video, distributed by Shemaroo Entertainment, Shilpa shares her secrets for a fit body, sound mind and soul in today's chaotic world.
Shot in the beautiful backwaters of Gods own country 'Kerala', the video has been directed by Manisha Jha, under the supervision of Yoga instructor Shiv Kumar Mishra, and produced by Shilpa Shetty.

The press event was hosted by Mr. Atul Maroo of M/s Shemaroo Entertainment in association with M/s JMD Limited and Hospitality Partner Hotel Crown Plaza.

This running time of over 60 minutes approx.
Available in Hindi and English the VCD is priced at Rs 99/- and Rs 149/- respectively.
