Owner Zareen Watson introduced the new routine, called Gravity Training, for her gym clients. It combines pilates, strength training and boot-camp style workouts.
The list of celebrities who own their hot bodies to Zareen's gym includes Hrithik and wife Suzzanne, John, Bipasha, Lara, Malaika Arora Khan, Amrita Arora, Arjun Rampal, Parizaad Zorabian and Nandita Mehtani.
